The postage rate will depend entirely on the weight of the package/parcel being delivered. Lighter packages (under 1kg) will be sent using Royal Mail with first class postage and recorded delivery. The delivery charge will be shown in the online shopping cart before payment is made.

Parcels between 1kg and 2kg will also be sent using Royal Mail, at a cost of between £4.00 and £6.00

Items heavier than 2kg in weight, up to 30kg, will be charged at a flat rate of £6.00. These parcels will be delivered through a courier service. So, if you are wanting to buy 3 5lb tubs of protein, the postage rate will be the same as buying a single piece, hence the more you buy, the cheaper the individual item price.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing the product is unopened and unused, and arrives in perfect condition. This does not apply to clearance items.

The money for the product will be refunded, less 10% as a re-stocking fee. The postage cost from Supplement Planet to the customer will not be refunded.
